but when it comes to your satisfaction, the humans take over.
(Monkeys have much lower thresholds of satisfaction - Give
him a banana and a back scratcher and he's in heaven.) Here
are the answers to some questions commonly asked of our humans.

Q:
Are the prices listed on your site negotiable?
A: Tires
are listed at the lowest Internet price available and are
not negotiable. The tire price does not include installation,
which will be done at the installer of your choice. If,
however, you find an identical tire at a lower price on
another U.S.-based non-auction website, including all applicable
fees and extras like shipping, please call us at 1-888-251-7405.
Q:
Do you offer technical support or customer service? Can
you give me advice on the tire size that is suitable for
my vehicle?
A: Legally,
we cannot offer "technical" support as we can
ONLY supply information for the original equipment for
your vehicle. That means that we can provide you with the
exact tire size that will fit your vehicle. However, if
you are not currently using that size tire, we will not
suggest or advise you on any other tire. You will need
to contact your local tire dealer and request this information.

Q:
Can I select an exact delivery hour?
A: We
want your installation to be easy and convenient. Using
our revolutionary software, your selected neighborhood
dealer will be prompted to call you to set up and schedule
your installation. We also provide you with the dealer
contact information so you can also call the dealer to
set up your appointment.
Q:
Can I pay in monthly installments?
A: Unfortunately,
monthly payments are not accepted on this site. You have
the option of paying with almost any major credit card
or PayPal. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover
and American Express.
Q:
How long does it take to obtain a refund in case of cancellation
or return?
A: You
may return new tires to the dealer who installed them within
10 days of installation for a refund, excluding installation
costs and a 7% restocking fee. Only unused product that
has not been driven on or installed is eligible for return.
Please call us for a Return Authorization Number. You should
expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning
your tires.
Q:
What are my delivery options?
A: Once
you have selected the tires that you wish to purchase,
you will have the opportunity to select from a list of
Preferred Retail Dealers in your area that will receive
the tires from our regional distributor. Your selected
dealer will call you to schedule the installation.
Q:
Can I place an order using my friend's email address?
A: You
can use your friend's email address to place an order,
but it is not advisable. We will use the provided email
account to send you an eTicket confirming your order. You
will want to use an email address that you have constant
access to get this information when needed.
Q:
Are the prices listed on your website for one tire?
A: The
prices listed on our website are for one tire or "unit." This
price does not include installation charges. However, you
will receive a guaranteed installation price prior to checkout,
once you determine the preferred Retail Dealer you wish
to use.
Q:
What is your collection/return policy in case the tires
were installed?
A: For
obvious reasons, only unused product that has not been
driven on is eligible for return. You may return new tires
to the dealer who installed them within 10 days of installation
for a refund, excluding installation costs and a 7% restocking
fee. Please call us for a Return Authorization Number.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks
of returning your tires.
